Erdem has long done a chunkier shoe with their breathtaking dresses. I actually think these are more delicate than many of their other choices. For this collection & the Maria Callas one, they have taken a more elegant shoe & given them very large embellishments (these bows & marabou feathers previously) to add to their presence on the foot. I like the way these choices seem to ground the whimsical fashions.

Love it all. The shoes did come in lots of colours to blend in with the garments. The style without the bows would work just as well.

The floppy shoes are distracting. They take away from the beautiful clothes.

Some very lovely gowns in here - esp. loved the strapless, full-skirted prints. Wonderful dragonfly theme throughout the show - some necklaces and embroideries as well.

This is why we, or rather I am a fashion spectator...like with Lee MQueen and Galliano, I say thank you for the journey to Erdem...pure and utter joy❤
